We are looking for a legal savvy PA to work in a leading Asset Managers in the heart of Londons West End. Ideally, you will have come from a PA position leading Law firm or have worked in the Legal department of a finance firm. If you have a law degree, that could also be beneficial but not essential.

This role is being hired due to promotion, so we are looking for a marvellous person to take on this new Legal PA role. Our client has superb bonus structure and benefits including:

Your role will be supporting the Head of Compliance, Head of Legal and wider team if needed. This will be a hands-on role and require you to take on filing, creating legal docs and setting up systems.

Standard working hours are 7.30 am - 5 pm, but this role's hours could be 8 am - 5.30 pm.

What you'll do

* Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, organise meetings

* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

* Create and process expense reports

* Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls as needed

* Participate in elements of the research process

* Perform personal assistant functions (scheduling, reservations etc.) if required

* Work on special projects as needed

What's required

* 1+ years of relevant experience

* Ability to exercise sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues

* Ability to multitask and priorities assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail

* Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work with all levels of staff

* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
