Service Desk Analyst

Roles and responsibilities:

- Acting as first point of contact for all service requests and incidents

- Escalating tickets

- Providing 1st line support

- Meeting SLA's by managing workload

Suitable candidates will have the following:

- 6 to 12 months experience in a support/service desk role.

- Strong communication (written and verbal)

- A good attention to detail

- Ability to work and perform under pressure

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Location: Bristol (hybrid working)
