A Marketing Manager is required for a company within the Education sector, based in Poole. A salary of up to £35,000, plus a generous target-based bonus and great benefits are offered, depending on experience.

You will report directly to the Head of Commercial and will oversee the full marketing strategy. You will take ownership of the lead generation and ensure delivery against measurable targets and optimising spend across channels.

You will manage relationships with external marketing companies, keeping the company brand positioning. You will establish new routes to market, which are sustainable for the future. You will work alongside the Sales and Training teams to align roadmaps.

Skills Required
The Marketing Manager will ideally have the following experience:

- Experience designing, managing and executing campaigns
- Content writing experience
- An excellent understanding of Market research and data methods
- A key understanding of SEO and PPC
- Good digital and social media skills

Location
Poole
Commute from Bournemouth and the south coast. The role is hybrid working
