Value Match are looking for a Talent Resourcer to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This role will be North East based with remote working, with a salary up to £20,000pa.

Role and Responsibilities
Our Talent Resourcers are responsible for attracting talent and matching them to our customer requirements within procurement, supply chain, bid management and project management.
Working as a Talent Resourcer, you'll attract candidates by drafting adverts for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, talent search and through referrals. You will be responsible for pre-screening candidates to ensure they meet customer requirements and matching the most suitable candidates to the role and presenting them to the customer
Your role is critical to the success of the resourcing function, it can be challenging, diverse and highly rewarding.
You will need to show evidence of the following:
Previous experience within a sales or customer-oriented role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines and targets
Problem solving ability and team-working skills
