Solutions Implementation Analyst opportunity to join Pavers Head Office IT Team in York on a full time basis. We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, to facilitate the interaction between the internal software and solutions delivery teams and the key business stakeholders. You'll need Project Management skills and experience of taking solutions from concept to delivery. We offer hybrid working 1 day per week and flexible start and end times.

As one of our Solutions Implementation Analysts, you will play a key role in contributing to and supporting the Head of IT, Development, Infrastructure, Data and Service Delivery teams, in the design and evolution of systems to support strategic objectives and business functions in a growing retail organisation, which is embracing the latest technologies.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious individual and have at least 2 years' experience in a solutions development/delivery position. The role has great potential for personal career growth as the department grows and would suit an ambitious person with the willingness and aptitude to expand their knowledge towards the wider IT functions.

Main duties of our Solutions Implementation Analyst:

Work with both business and technology team members to ensure seamless integration of business functionality and requirements throughout product releases and projects

Provide project management support for the implementation of large scale business systems and processes

Document, analyse and interpret complex business policies and processes

Manage issues and risks related to requirements

Manage functional and nonfunctional requirements throughout the Software Development Lifecycle

Define and execute delivery and implementation plans

Take ownership and management of the configuration of inhouse applications

Conduct independent research

Perform cost and benefit analysis (ROI)

Perform functional gap analysis

Document and perform complex product evaluation and selection activities

Requirements to be our Solutions Implementation Analyst:

Familiarity with software design and specification

23 years' experience within solutions development/delivery

Ability to understand technical architecture concepts

Experience of technological project implementation

Project Management /Agile Framework experience

Hold valid Right to Work status for the UK (no sponsorship)

Competent with data/project tools, e.g. MS Project, MS Visio, MS BI or similar

Use Case Development, Software Requirements Specification, Functional Specification (not essential)

Excellent analytical, organisation and communication skills (written & verbal)

Full driving licence as there may be occasional business travel

Pay & Benefits you will receive as our Solutions Implementation Analyst:

Salary: up to £45,000 depending on experience
