EnfieldSalary: £23,000-£27,500 (+ Bonus + Benefits)

Cygnet Swann Swannare working with a Private Training Provider in Enfield that are currently seeking to grow their team of Apprenticeship Assessors.

The Training Provider are a well-established, growing company with superb learner achievement rates, a happy long-standing team and strong support infrastructure.

The employer offers a generous salary, bonus structure and training opportunities for all staff.

A laptop, company mobile and scanner will be provided, successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence and insurance covering business travel, all mileage and expenses will be covered by the Employer.

The Role

Delivering Health and Social Care Apprenticeships up to level 5 (depending on occupational competency of the Assessor)
Working with a caseload of between 35 and 42 learners (depending on qualification level being delivered) within a 40-mile radius of your home address
Delivering remote video and face to face sessions with learners on site at their employer, depending on learner need (Majority of sessions are delivered remotely)
Carrying out initial learning assessments and creating individualised learning plans for each learner
Carrying out holistic assessment and working closely with the learner and employer to ensure that skills, behaviours and
Supporting learners through Functional Skills (with full support from Functional Skills specialists)
Attending remote and in-person team meetings with your team and whole company meetings periodically
Developing relationships with employers to grow own caseload (in conjunction with specialist in-house recruitment team)
Motivating and encouraging learners to achieve qualifications
Meet & exceed set of key performance indicators, relating to timely achievement and caseloadThe Person

Extensive experience working at a senior level within Health and Social Care sector (such as Elderly Residential, Nursing, Domiciliary, Adult Care) - ESSENTIAL
Recognised accredited vocational qualification in Health and Social Care to at least Level 3 - ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving licence and own transport- ESSENTIAL
Recognised accredited vocational qualification in Health and Social Care to level 5 - DESIRABLE
A1/A1D32/D32D33/D33V1/V1TAQA/TAQACAVA CAVAor equivalent nationally recognised Assessment qualification- DESIRABLE
