Marketing Executive - Up to £30k
SearchDATA Group are working with a leading Insurance Claims company in Leeds who due to recent investment are going through a period of substantial growth.

Salary & Benefits
Base Salaries start in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on level of experience
Work from home for part of the week

To work alongside the Head of Trading to manage the digital marketing strategy for our brands, to achieve the optimal trading performance by:
Leading and supporting the implementation of digital marketing strategies, which will include PPC, Social Media and Display campaigns
Measuring and optimising marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other industry tools
Development of testing plans across all paid channels, updating with key learnings and further test initiative
Take ownership of the reporting on audience, creative and campaign activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with supporting commentary
Creation and maintenance of paid marketing adcopy and review SEO opportunities
Review data collected from the end to end journey, propose changes which will improve the conversion funnel
Ownership of messages received through social sites or review sites, ensuring timely responses are provided
Drive the day to day relationship with our marketing agency, managing their workload against the monthly retainer, ensuring delivery of strategic initiatives within agreed timescales
Work actively on new product launches to help further drive trading performance
Complete website amends to business owned websites
Seek and encourage the development of new ideas to drive continuous improvement into the business
Effectively contributing to and driving the overall business culture and approach, sharing knowledge and encouraging the contribution and being supportive of othersExperience
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience working with paid search, display and social marketing channels, with expert level knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Bing Ads
They will be confident in analysing data and making recommendations following the analysis
Working collaboratively with creative and trading departments is also desired
