We are partnering with a highly accredited and well respected organisation in the Kent area to recruit their Head of People. As a member of the Senior Management team, you will report to the People Director and lead the people function to recognise areas of improvement, implement changes as well as supporting high level people strategy to support business objectives whilst holding responsibility for budget requirements and demonstrating cost efficiencies.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Lead, motivate, coach and manage the people team to Instil culture of excellence and deliver customer focussed, commercially aware people function
* Drive and shape organisation culture
* Workforce planning and talent development
* Oversee complex ER
* Develop annual training plan
* Prepare business wide people statistics and KPI's
* Contribute to new business developments
Successful candidates require experience of:
* working at a senior level as a commercial HR business partner
* delivering change and transformation projects
* managing a people team
* CIPD qualified
* Strong ER background
* used to working in fast paced commercial environment
* Motivated to move into a People Director role
