Retail Application Support Manager
In this busy and fast paced role youll lead and manage a team of Application Services professionals, supporting a number of business applications and deployment services to Specsavers globally.
As part of a small management team youll work closely together to provide third tier support for Specsavers Retail services across the Global Group. Youll be responsible for the management of an application support team and ensure all of our application services are optimised for cost, efficiency and best practices as appropriate with an end-to-end responsibility for services.
Ideal applicants will need to have experience covering most of thefollowing:
Managing, leading and coaching specialist application teams
Working in an ITIL environment (and ideally V3 certified)
Technical capability sufficient to manage and deliver technical projects, resolve high-level technical issues and understand technical opportunities
experience of using multiple resource models including domestic, offshore, onshore and multi-country teams, effectively deploying flexible resource to meet business demand
Supplier management of 3rd party Software and SaaS suppliers and vendors
