Head Beauty Therapist

Belle Hair & Beauty Salon are seeking a full/part time Head Beauty Therapist, for our busy friendly salon in Bicester. The successful applicant will be qualified to NVQ Level 4 with Laser Hair Removal (IPL) with excellent communication skills. Must be well presented and reliable. Also have 5 years + experience in a Salon or Beauty Centre.

Our sucessful Head Beauty Therapist will be responsible for the below:

Assesment of all the therapists, consistent and development and training in Specialist Treatments and Customer Service.

Provide treatments and training within the Therapy Department to the highest standards whilst supporting the Salon Manager with Business demands.

Constantly maintain High Levels of Room and Therapist presentation ensuring rooms are kept in a Clean,Hygenic,Safe and well-maintained condition.

Liase with product suppliers with regard to training needs, improving retail sales,stock retail displays and promotions.
