A leading international corporate & investment bank is looking for a 6 month hybrid UX/UI contractor to support ongoing design & development of their internal facing loans platform. The role will involve design strategy, workflow and UI design responsibilities so a mid-senior individual is required to bring relevant financial services, banking or investment management industry knowledge in order to make this role a success.

Stepping into a dedicated UX & visual design department, your day to day will involve working in an agile methodology and supporting all areas of the UX design process, across research, design, validation, implementation & ongoing enhacements / optimization. You will be liaising with senior stakeholders and driving multiple projects forward, so this will be a cross functional, business partnering heavy type of opportunity also.

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Over 5 years UX/UI, interaction, experience, product design responsibilities.
  • Industry experience working within corporate or investment banking, capital markets or similar financial services experience will be highly favourable.
  • Strong product & project management experience working in an agile work environment alongside other UX/UI designers, product owners, business analysts, IT & developers.
  • End to end UX design responsibilities & methodology experience, across research, sketching, prototyping, wireframes, user requirements and UI.
