Pivotal Construction recruitment are partnering a well-established, Plumbing & Heating company based in the Bristol. We are currently seeking an Operations Team Leader to join the Installations division covering the Bristol & Bath postcodes.
Our client has been running for over 30 years and provide high end services across the Domestic & Residential sector. Installing over 3,000 boilers a year with regular maintenance and servicing to ensure their customers are fully satisfied.
They also cover the renewable industry, providing renewable technologies such as heat pumps, solar thermal and PV.
Our client employs around 150 staff and are currently working on over 50 new build developments. Supplying engineers to carry out 1st & 2nd fix works.
The Role
You'll be in charge of managing and developing our installation projects from start to finish, with a focus on private, contract, and renewable client bases.
As a senior member of the team, you'll be reporting directly to the Operations Director. You will take responsibility for supervising the team of installers, managing projects from initial survey right through to handover. Ensuring customer satisfaction is met.
Our client install a variety of different types of heating and electrical appliances throughout the year and you will play a pivotal role in the operations. It is crucial that you are able to provide technical guidance and advice coupled with a supervisory management style. You must have an ability to build relationships within your team and with the suppliers and manufactures we use to ensure we are using the very best products.

Installation Surveying
Ordering of materials
Management of KPI's and SLA's
Project Managing
Pipeline Forecasting
Contribution to overall growth of business
The ideal candidate will have...
Gas Safe Qualification
Previous supervisory experience
Installation experience
Understanding of H&S
Interpersonal and leadership skills
Computer literate
Full, clean drivers license
Experience in similar role (desirable)
IOSH or higher (desirable)
Previous use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM system (desirable)
