Salary: Up to £25,000 - Dependent on Experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30

We are currently looking for a Desk Based Account Manager to join the UK's #1 independent provider of voice, connectivity, mobile, phone system and cloud services.

Your role as Desk Based Account Manager will involve being a trusted advisor to an allocated number of accounts, proactively offering new technology and communications solutions into these accounts. It is a busy, customer facing role delivering exceptional levels of service and meeting sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

* To carry out proactive outbound management of your own customer base on behalf of Daisy to create value and build a strong relationship with your customer base.

* To cross-sell and up-sell all Daisy products and services to your existing customers, alongside winning new business.

* Work towards set targets, KPI's, goals and objectives.

* Schedule and action all tasks to completion within specified timescales whilst ensuring all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact.

* Collect Key Decision Maker contacts and contact details.

* Obtain additional information where possible to maximise customer contact details.

* Maintain a professional appearance, telephone manner and attitude at all times.

Key Requirements:

* Recent sales or Account Management experience in a B2B environment.

* Target & KPI driven.

* Excellent communications skills; verbal and written.

* Ability to develop trusting relationships.

* Fast thinking and self-motivated.

* Competent with Office 365 and CRM
