Our client is a well-established Residential Property Law Firm based in Watford. They have expanded significantly throughout the year and are recruiting a Customer Support Coordinator to assist with their onboarding of new clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Make an excellent early impression on new customers and be an ambassador for the WYM Legal brand.
* Communicate daily with customers by telephone and email.
* Work to SLAs around daily volume of outbound calls.
* Convert accepted quotes into live instructions through helping customers to return the necessary forms.
* Help customers to complete and collate paperwork.
* Work to targets based upon volumes of client onboarding forms returned.
* Use an electronic case management system to upload and save customer documentation.
* Update system 'headlines' to keep clients informed of the onboarding process.
* Allocate new live cases to the legal teams using a daily capacity spreadsheet.
* Report daily to the Head of Legal Practice on the volume of new onboarding forms received and the volume of onboarding processes completed.
* Follow company policies relating to matters in which we can and cannot act, and relating to documentation required.
* Pass on any relevant information revealed during the onboarding process to the legal team.
* Attend training on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing; Anti-Fraud and Client Care.
* Attend regular ongoing training.
