Position: Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance)

The Company: Our Client, an innovative dynamic passionate Company that manufactures minimal invasive next-generation robotic-assisted medical devices that are at the forefront of how surgical procedures are carried out. An award-winning company that plans to significantly disrupt the way surgery is performed for the benefit of millions of patients all around the world.

Due to sustained continued expansion they now require a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the creation of 'best in class' fulfilment processes that will ensure my client deliver their products (including, spare parts and consumables) to all global markets with the highest levels of customer service performance at least cost. Using proven process improvement methodologies, you will facilitate cross-functional teams to define, justify and then implement new fulfilment processes.

The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:

* A Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline) or equivalent

* Certified black or green belt (lean) or equivalent lean qualification (e.g. MSc).

* Have demonstrable experience in leading transformational CI activities within a Supply Chain function

* Relevant experience within a Manufacturing environment preferably Medical Devices but other industries will be considered.

The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of between £60,000 to £80,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits / Prospects (including Relocation Assistance) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
