The Development Finance Officers Responsibilities will include:
Profile
The successful Development Finance Officer will be someone who has a strong attention to detail and has previously demonstrated experience within a similar role.
You will need to be a confident Excel user.
AAT qualified.
Ideally, previous experience working within Construction or a Housing Association.
Job Offer
An pay rate of £15 - £17 dependant on previous exposure, plus an excellent benefits package.

Description
The Development Finance Officers Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain Project Ledger (PL) coding system. Requesting setup of new PL codes on SUN accounting system.
- Ensuring that invoices received have been addressed to the relevant entity.
- To ensure the VAT elements are coded correctly, tracked, and analysed for VAT return purposes.
- Ensuring that POs are coded to the relevant project codes as part of the invoice matching process.
- Assisting with Monthend.
