£28,000- £31,000 + Full Study Support

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client based in Ellesmere Port who now have the opportunity to recruit a full time permanent assistant management accountant. This role will offer full study support, and hybrid working along with a great package. The role sits in a small team working along side and supporting others in team.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Preparation of Management Accounts for named companies
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Cash flow forecasting
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Purchase / Sales invoice posting and reconciliation
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Fixed Asset register & Depreciation
• Accruals & Prepayments
• Variance & Margin analysis
• Ad hoc reporting
• Any other duties deemed appropriate

The ideal candidate will be

• AAT qualified
• Have a flexible approach to your work with a strong work ethic
• Experience working in a similar role
• The ability to work accurate and to set time scales/ deadlines
