Training & Development Manager
Are you a Training & Development Manager looking for a New Challenge with a Luxury Travel Company? You will be responsible for the overall content creation, management, distribution of related training materials.
Job Details:
Assess, create, administer, and distribute trainings, offerings, and tactical promotions.
Coordinate with department heads for continuous learning and development of all team members
Coordinate with department heads on performance action plans for lower performing team members, develop action plans for improvements
Continuously update training materials
Conduct new hire trainings related to product, sales, and systems. Also perform on going trainings and refreshers
Review all QA systems and metrics and provide department heads with feedback on how to improve overall QA
Manage, lead, and innovate on QA metrics currently used
Assist with recruiting efforts when instructed to do so
Other responsibilities as delegated by the Director of Global contact centres training and development.
Identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training
Searching for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity among staffJob Requirements:
Proven experience in the creation and administration of training programs
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint
Process and detail oriented
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organizational and leadership skills (experience in global team coordination is valued)
Bachelor's degree preferredThe Package:
Salary £30,000 - £45,000
