Service Account Manager - Electronic Security

As Service Account Manager you'll bring together the sales and installation teams and be responsible for the successful management and profitable delivery of all projects and services requirements on some of this client's key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver an account plan.
Lead the customer strategy plan and ensure successful delivery from all team members.
Manage existing and develop new client relationships and maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
Identify project and contractual risks and take action as required.
Attend regular site visits and project reviews. Identify and drive opportunities for additional savings and implement a continuous improvement methodology.

Preferred Experience:

An engineering background from the electronic security industry.
