Salary: £27,767 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (+ 5 hours paid lunch)

Who are we looking for?

An inspirational People Manager who can successfully deliver against our business objectives by developing a motivated and committed team. An individual who is efficient and possesses effective ways of working with and managing others and can deliver a clear framework for measuring success. You will understand the barriers faced by ex-offenders and the specific challenges faced by prison leavers and ensure that service delivery meets their needs.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Successfully recruit, induct, and train new staff members to ensure all staff are prepared and able to succeed in their role
Provide adequate support and supervision for all staff to ensure high levels of commitment and retention
Understand service specifications and be able to clearly articulate service delivery requirements to the staff team to ensure that contract objectives are achieved
Work closely with commissioners and stakeholders to build positive working relationships to ensure the success of the contract
Recruit, supervise and develop our passionate volunteers
Mobilise and implement projects and services and take the lead with service evaluation and improvement
The ideal candidate will come with previous managerial experience and have worked within a similar setting.
