Description
As Account Manager, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be the sole point of contact for a number of key client accounts. You will be providing clear and regular updates to them regarding the services they are receiving, will troubleshoot problems and present timely solutions whilst providing a professional, first-rate customer service at all times.
You will be liaising with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure that all queries and issues are resolved as accurately and quickly as possible, and will also work closely alongside the commercial sales team to make them aware of any potential opportunities to increase revenue.
This is a very well established business which offers fantastic benefits and flexibility to its staff. There are opportunities from promotion within the Customer Service team, and there will also be opportunities to re-train and transfer to other areas of the business when roles are available.
Profile
The successful candidate will have previous experience managing customer accounts whilst liaising with key stakeholders ensuring company standards are maintained.
Job Offer
£21,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience) + 33 days holiday + above standard pension scheme + free parking + other benefits
