Project Manager

My Client now have the requirement for an externally focused Project Manager for their project in the Wembley, London. This is approximately 6 months of work but could be longer if the right attitude and work ethic are shown.

The Externals Project Manager will be report to the Project Lead. The Externals Project Manager will need to be strong with all external packages including but not limited to landscaping, GRC cladding, brickwork, scaffolding

Computer literate as a tablet is provided with I auditor
Be able to fit in well to a team & work to deadlines .
extensive experience managing external packages
can read and understand drawings and details and raise non compliances with Sub Contractors .
Someone with experience working on RC frame developments
Someone who is keen to impress & progress with the possibility of a perm move
Please note it is essential that you have worked on a similar residential project acting as an Externals Project Manager with a similar residential Developer.
