Interim HR Manager required for a leading insurance business to support a corporate functions client group in the UK. You will lead a generalist remit including ER, performance management, training and D&I.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent with experience of working as an HR Manager within a small team within a professional services or financial services business. You will have experience of the full generalist remit and will be quick to influence and engage with senior stakeholders. You must be happy working in an operational remit, a strong team player who is happy rolling up their sleeves as required. Remote at the moment, the team will move to hybrid working 3 days per week in the London City office once the work from home order is reduced.
