We are partnered with a well established organisation who are currently recruiting for an exciting and progressive opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join their busy payroll function.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Working closely with the Head of Payroll to support the payroll administrators
Hands on with high volume, end to end payroll including commission payments
Calculating SPP, SMP, SPP, processing new starters, leavers
RTI submissions, monthly reconciliations
Leading and developing the team, appraisals
Assisting with various payroll projects & implementing changeExperience required:
Strong people management experience
Confident with manual payroll/use of spreadsheets & Excel
Experience within the retail sector would be highly desirable
Project/payroll systems implementation experience is highly desirableThis position will be office based with some potential flexibility for longer term hybrid working.
