60 residents in a luxury care home situated near Ringwood, Hampshire, offering a number of bright, charmingly furnished communal lounges. Communal spaces overlook beautifully landscaped gardens, that are brimming with gorgeous greenery and vibrant flowers, providing a sense of peace and tranquillity for our residents to enjoy. .

The ideal Night Care Team Leader will have bags of passion while always considering the resident's choices, their views and respecting their independence.
As a Nights Care Team Leader your duties will include:
To be part of the planning and management team of the highest level of care
Supervisions of night staff
Taking a role alongside the Home Manager and senior team to deliver supervision excellence
Duties can include personal Care, moving and handing, infection control, safeguarding, first aid and DOLS and administering medication.
Point of liaison for medical professionals and the resident's families
What are we looking for in a Night Care Team Leader?
For this role, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant or NVQ 3 Care Assistant and is now keen to learn more and develop their career.
As a Night Care Team Leader ideally you will have NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
Strong leadership skills.
Experience in Administering Medication.
