Retail Assistant

Talent 84 are currently working in partnership with our client based in Rotherham to seek Retail Assistants to join the team.

Due to ongoing periods of growth there is no better time to join the team than now.

* Rate of pay - £9ph

* Temporary to Permanent role for a driven individual after a successful probationary period.

Day to Day Duties as a Retail Assistant

* Welcoming customers to store/customer service.

* Building relationships with regular customers/new customers.

* Focus on bettering product knowledge to make comfortable sales with customers.

* Cash handling/Till work.

* Dealing with deliveries.

* Stock control & Replenishment.

Skills Required

* Previous Customer Service/ Retail Assistant experience

* Cash handling experience desirable

• Full in- depth training is provided by the team. Although previous experience is desirable, the right attitude to learn and develop new skills is essential
