Training and Development Manager

Stockport

£30,000 Basic salary +Bonus 40k

My client is looking for an experienced training and development manager to facilitate all the training and coaching within their company. This is an exciting role that will cover multiple sectors. You will work with the customers service team, sales retentions and acquisitions, making this a very challenging but exciting role.

In this role you will be responsible for four key areas across the business, therefore I need experienced in all sectors for candidates to apply.

Induction Training Delivery

You will own the delivery of all induction training, whilst developing new training content using a module-based approach. You will also have effective presentation and facilitation skills to ensure that all training sessions are engaging and objectives are met. You will actively research competitor information and communicate clearly what sets us apart from all other key players in the industry. Then complete follow up reviews with all new starters during their probation period

Ongoing staff development

You will work closely with Managers and Team Leaders to ensure that all staff members have a development plan in place that is regularly reviewed, whilst proactively monitoring all staff performance. You will also offer refresher sessions for all staff members along with train them on any new processes that are launched post induction.

Leadership Development

Develop a leadership programme for all department. Coordinate the delivery of all formal sessions and match all successful applicants with a mentor.

Employee Engagement

You will also act as an ambassador for employee engagement across the departments, then run a monthly incentive to drive performance and engagement, agreeing a budget with the Head of Operations. Finally, you will support all managers in ensuring that staff members feel valued and motivated to perform well.
