The client is a well known retailer, being one of the largest in their industry who is looking for a strong administrator to join their exciting and fast growing team on a permanent basis.
Description
The Key responsibilities will be
Chasing for finance settlement agreements and clearance letters with the finance companies
o Chasing the vehicle purchaser to obtain the correct documentation from the customer
o Reviewing and ensuring all the correct documentation is present within the deal before authorising the payment
o Making recommendations to senior management on how to resolve the issues if all avenues have been explored
· Support the wider finance team with any ad hoc duties
Profile
The Successful candidate will have/be
- Available to work every weekend
· Good organisational and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to be flexible within the role.
· Able to prioritise workloads and achieve tight deadlines.
· Efficient with a strong work ethic.

A Salary of £18,000-£20,000
