Office Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a Secondary School based in Hackney.

The School

This secondary school based in the heart of Hackney is currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team ASAP. With their successful Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team in place for the last two years, this is a very exciting time to join this improving school. Having recently become part of a very high achieving academy trust, the team have been put in place to replicate the success they have achieved in their previous positions. As a smaller secondary school, the Head Teacher together with her teaching staff look to provide all students with a personalised curriculum in a caring environment where students are supported through every stage of their secondary education, starting with transition to ensure that they have the very best possible start. Staff work hard to develop a school culture of high expectations and achievement, and this is something that the children have become very driven by. The Head Teacher looks to recruit staff who share the same desire to succeed.

Their most recent Ofsted states that 'Leaders and Managers are taking effective action to improve behaviour and secure consistently positive attitudes to learning. In a short space of time, the headteacher, trust CEO and senior leaders have created a calm place to learn.'
