Vision for Education are looking to grow their talented and driven educational support team with a vacancy for a Residential Care worker for a educational care setting in the Preston area on a full-time basis, starting ASAP.
About the role
The hours of work will be from 8pm to 8am, 4 days one week and 3 days the next, working in a residential setting on the edge of the Ribble Valley. The successful Residential Care worker will offer stability and safety by ensuring that the home is warm, friendly, and comfortable. You will accompany our young people to and from school, supporting young people with their learning and interests, as well as take part in activities, day trips and hobbies. You will work closely with internal and external teams, facilitating family contact and ensuring that daily routines and care plans are followed and updated.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
relevant experience and qualifications in educational residential care.
