£19,000 per annum
We are working with an independent legal services provider, who are looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy in-house conveyancing team, based in Leamington Spa.
You would be working as part of a team of 8 people, responsible for all aspects of property work relating to probate matters i.e. putting property in to trust and taking it out of trust. There are no residential sales and purchase conveyancing transactions undertaken by this department.

The position will involve:
Dealing with conveyancing transactions of property into Trust, including unregistered titles
Updating case management systems
Conducting identity checks, title checks and beneficial ownership checks
Preparing conveyancing deeds and other legal documents
Preparing financial statements and invoices
Dealing with routine calls for updates from advisors and other professional third parties
Reporting any customer service issues to the Solicitor or Head of Department
Carrying out searches electronicallyThe role would suit someone with:
An interest in probate and property work
Previous administration experience, ideally gained in a law firm, legal services, property, real estate or similar professional services environment
A high degree of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work well as part of a team
A degree in law and around 12 months' admin experience
This is a full-time, office-based permanent job, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and is offered with a range of benefits including
