Account Manager within Legal Industry

My client has a mission of bringing the legal industry into the 21st Century by means of using SaaS technology for B2B services. They are looking for a talented Account Manager to offer and excellent customer experience to their growing client base.

Salary: £50000 base

Location: Fully remote

The ability to support all stakeholders; articulating ideas and value alongside educating users with empathy through the process

Focus on the clients' needs and assist with any challenges presented.

Engage with all business functions within the company

Demonstrate ambition and initiative to harness the complexities of the legal industry and it's competitive landscape.

Actively promote the company products at any stage of the customer experience

The Person

Previous experience from a LegalTech, FinTech or RegTech background

2+ years Account Management experience

Experience of working within the legal industry

Experience of working in a startup is advantageous

A commercial mindset with a vision to solve customer issues

A data driven individual who has a creative mindset
