Do you have a palliative care background and supervisory experience?
We seek a Registered Nurse to support and lead our community Care at Home service in South East London. With your extensive experience of childrens services, you will be able to give guidance and provide leadership to the team delivering care and support services within the family home.
You will have experience of working in a supervisory role, with evidence of leadership skills and a constructive approach to problem solving. You will be required to work some clinical shifts, including a minimum of 2 unsocial shifts per month. You will also participate in the on-call rota, and deputise for the Lead Nurse in their absence.
This role requires regular travel across our operating region. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use or access to reliable transport arrangements - will be essential.
