James George Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be supporting this Global Market Leader with their search for an additional Account Manager.
Job Role
To develop and grow an agreed portfolio of clients established by the very successful sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team and take on responsibility for new clients at an agreed point in their partnership.
As Account Manager you will be responsible for integrating all new offers from your managed clients. Allowing you to fully understand the user journey of their web based experience. You will be expected to feedback to all clients with suggestions for improvement.
Key duties:
* Client relationship management, with a focus on both growth and retention
* Explore new and existing networks for new opportunities
* Performance analysis in line with agreed KPI's
* Offer expert industry advice in order to improve campaign performance
* Offer effective feedback regarding landers, creatives and user journey
* Analyse traffic sources closely to identify good and bad affiliates early
* Manage budgets and work with affiliate managers to see maximum ROI
* Prove an in-depth knowledge of a full range of in-house products
* Fully Integrate and test all new offers from your portfolio of clients
* Complete all end of month validations for your clients using the tools provided
