Senior Account Manager / Account Director – Email Marketing & CRM Specialists

The Account Director Role:

Join our boutique team of passionate marketers, designers and coders, maximising our diverse backgrounds and skills to create award-winning marketing campaigns. We focus on strategic thinking, creative ideas and customer journeys.

This senior role will largely be about driving the agency growth through relationship building and strategic planning and process implementation. Making sure we deliver work to a high standard on time and within budget.

You will be managing a team and be responsible for winning, retaining, and growing client accounts. Building professional relationships with our clients as well as within the agency. Creating and maintaining our strong agency culture.

What we’re looking for:

+ Experience with global brands working in a fast paced environments
+ Proven track record of managing and building sizeable client accounts
+ Excellent public speaking skills and presentation experience to senior client team
+ Have led teams across a diverse portfolio of accounts in several vertical categories across a mix of work
+ Examples of negotiating large contracts and have good negotiation skills
+ Have a long history of forging strong relationships with clients
+ A passion and deep knowledge of all aspects of marketing, product/service innovation and the creative/strategic process
+ A track record in multi-tasking in fast-paced creative environment
+ An impressive track record of winning new business through pitches and growth of existing business
+ Experience recruiting and mentoring or managing people
+ Excellent communication, leadership or mentoring experience (with ability to enthuse & motivate)
+ Good experience in stakeholder management
+ Be eligible to work in the UK. Live within a commutable distance to London
