Harmony opened its first store in Soho, London, 20 years ago and has continued to flourish and expand with a flagship store opening on the world-renowned Oxford Street and most recently a new boutique on Charing Cross Road. The aim of all the stores is to provide an inclusive and comfortable shopping environment for all customers and Harmony hopes to make shopping for luxury personal items as natural as going into any other high street outlet.

In 2012 Harmony launched, to cater to customers that live outside London, but want to shop with a trusted brand. Harmony hopes to deliver the same level of service through the developing community as we do in store.

Our mission in Harmony is to provide customers with a varied selection of quality products and offer excellent customer service.


At Harmony, we are dedicated to dramatically expanding our presence online through Social Media and various platforms. We are keen to become a household name of sorts. We know the time and effort which is needed to get to this point and we are looking for someone to join our team and help complete this vision.

With the launch of our new website we are looking to grow exponentially and our Marketing is the forefront of this idea.

Marketing Director

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing and established, online and in-store brand.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for owning and driving the digital marketing strategy, budgets, and support.

You will have experience working with cross-functional sectors (e.g product, marketing, PR, social) and external partners, including creative agencies and production.

It is important the Marketing Director comes from a Retail/Ecommerce background, FMCG would be a plus!

We would expect a strong understanding of Paid Advertising, SEO, Social, PPC, affiliate channels and using Analytics tools to make intelligent decisions to maximise ROI.

Ensure the CRM and email platforms are maintained to a high level of accuracy and in line with all legal requirements.

Implement digital campaigns and promotions that also link up with the retail outlets in London.

The aim is to grow the Marketing team beneath yourself, so experience in team management would be a great advantage.
