About the OmniGOV Team

You will be working under theOmniGOVumbrella as part of theResolution Media team @ MG OMD, made up of 100+ specialists working across Paid Search, Paid Social and Organic Performance (SEO).

This role sits within OmniGOV Central hub, looking mostly afterCabinet Officebut also working with theForeign Commonwealth & Development Office, Home Officeand theDepartment for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. You will be looking after a wide variety of campaigns on key topics such asUK Transition, the Union, EU Settlement Scheme or Travel Aware.

You will work as part of a team alongside other executives, managers and directors who will support you as you learn about the role and industry. As a part of the widerResolution Mediateam you will be part of a large community of social and search experts. The entire team meet on a weekly basis and we encourage knowledge sharing and upskilling between team members wherever possible.

About the Role

MG OMDare searching for someone who is passionate aboutPaid Social & Paid Searchadvertising. This person will find themselves working closely with all the major social and search platforms to deliver best in class advertising campaigns.

The executive role involves supporting the day-to-day functioning of the account, including being a contact for the clients that you work on, becoming a valued member of the team. You will be supporting the wider team in three key areas:
  • Implementation- Setting up and launching multiple paid search and paid social advertising campaigns at any one time. You will be responsible for ensuring QA processes are followed and campaigns are closely monitored to ensure good performance.
  • Reporting- Responsible for producing detailed and high-quality reports and analysis presentations for our clients. Candidates should have the ability to spot trends & insights and deliver learnings to clients that have a real impact on the success of their business.
  • Planning- Helping produce detailed search and social advertising plans in Excel - which can be easily understood by the client and, once signed off, are translatable to the relevant platforms. Assisting with creation of slides to accompany these plans

    In addition to these areas you will be involved in all aspects of managing a busy media account including, but not limited to, monitoring campaign performance & pacing, monthly finance reconciliations, liaising with clients and creative agencies to ensure campaigns go live on time, working with internal teams to manage ad hoc client requests, etc.


About You

As an executive, you will have experience in planning, activation and reporting across major search & social channels. If you only have experience in either search or social, you will be keen to learn about the other channel as you will be trained and upskilled on it. You will have high attention to detail to ensure all work is delivered on time, to the standard required and is 100% accurate.

As you will be part of a client facing team, we are looking for someone who is personable and friendly and it is highly desirable but not necessarily required to have client-facing experience and a history of working collaboratively with both internal and external parties.You should be able to develop strong relationships with clients, agency partners and suppliers to gain their trust, respect and confidence.

The candidate should also be a friendly face with the wider Resolution team, with a willingness to help and be a true team player.A high level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is expected in order to effectively analyse data and create presentations to showcase results and insights to clients. Timely and accurate delivery of work and being a team player are a must!You will need to be organised & methodical.
