Hearts & Science are looking for an Account Manager to run the day to day management of the newly acquired Peloton account. Reporting into the Account Director, the role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone to support onboarding and managing of what will be one of the most prestigious accounts in the agency.

Underpinned by heavy media investment across multiple touchpoints, the Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the Account Director in ensuring that Peloton's full experience of the agency is always seamless, positive and progressive. We are looking for someone who is an experienced comms planner but also has experience in delivering excellent day-to-day client service. The Account Manager will also provide integration across the agency's other vertical specialties from strategy, to media investment, to new innovative, tech and data solutions.

What you will be doing:

In the role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day client service and communications planning to Peloton. You should be a strong relationship builder with previous experience of working with clients and agency teams. Your day to day will involve lots of client contact and planning work as well as working with teams across the agency from investment to analytics and finance. You will also contribute to the management and development of more junior members of the team.

You will be responsible for:
  • The ownership & development of your own personal Peloton contact strategy
  • Working on Peloton briefs and orchestrating the response alongside the wider agency teams
  • Having a flawless understanding of key industry and agency tools, systems processes and analytics and using them to the benefit of Peloton
  • Taking responsibility for and owning the delivery of key projects
  • Using your day-to-day working knowledge of Peloton's business to challenge conventions and outdated thinking or processes
