Job Title: Real Estate Solicitor

Location: London

Salary: £50,000-£70,000

An established London based Law firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their busy Property Finance Team. This firm's expert legal teams provide quality legal services to both private and commercial clients focusing on the unique needs of each client. The firm has a strong international focus and a friendly and professional team.

The successful candidate will be NQ-3 years' PQE with experience in dealing with all aspects of Commercial / Residential Property and Bridging/Secured Lending Transactions. In this role you will be dealing with a wide range of work including acting on behalf of Banks, Investors, Developers and more; bridging and property finance; and dual-representation. Experience in bridging finance would be a distinct advantage.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Real Estate Solicitor to join a firm with a reputable Property department. You will have:
  • NQ-3 years' PQE

  • Interest and ability in business development
