You're well-versed in Continuous Improvement and agile delivery principles. More than this, you're constantly looking at the horizon for new ideas that improve employee and candidate experience. Measuring impact by Net Promoter Score, you'll be used to working cross-functionally to deliver incremental benefits.

Having lead recruitment teams in delivering permanent, fixed-term, and contractor hiring, you'll know how to identify and engage with external talent directly, as well as making internal mobility as simple and effective as possible. Managing external suppliers alongside budgets and meeting KPIs, you make recruitment seem simple.

As our Recruitment Manager, you'll manage stakeholder relationships across our organisation right up to Exec level and with members of our Trustee Board. You'll use MI and analysis to inform decisions and influence behaviour. You'll work across our People function with one common goal - to create an environment where doing the right thing is made easy. You'll implement our strategy, ensuring it is tailored to each manager and each candidate so they're supported in making the best hiring decisions every time. And you'll be able to develop your own skills and experience through working in an organisation where education really is the priority.
