Senior Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Campaign Manager / Senior Account Manager with creative agency experience to join our brilliant and growing team. Internally, we call this role Project Manager. This person should be dynamic, curious and a creative thinker with a passion for client service, the tenacity to produce bold work and a restless desire to do more. We service markets across the globe, so not only will you be used to working across countries, but also with other external partners, such as media and creative agencies.
You'll need a broad range of experience, knowledge and understanding of the full media (expanding from broadcast through digital and print). You will drive the end to end campaign delivery, from support the client (brands) on planning and briefing, to strategic and creative responses, and oversee Production. The assets and deliverables you'll be working on will include PR Stunt, Activation, Gifting, TV, digital display, social, programmatic.Previous experience working on an FMCG / alcohol brand is preferable. You will become the main day to day point of contact for the brands and be responsible for building strong relationships and trust, leading to the ultimate partnership.
You would be responsible for:
Being the main day to day point of contact for your brand, support them with planning, briefing, prioritisation
Manage the end to end campaign delivery on time and on budget, managing all stakeholders (internal and external) involved to deliver campaigns
Managing external vendors and freelancers
Updating internal systems with workflow information
Keeping your brand informed with regular status meetings, updating them on campaign performance, delivery & how we're tracking against original budgets
Managing day to day operations, and influencing other team members within draftLine to follow the processes
Reporting into your Project Management Lead and keeping them informed of campaign activity and financialsJob Qualifications
Qualifications, skills and experience
Education/qualifications:
Marketing, Design, University degree Level desirable.
Skills:
Relationship management experience with ability to interact and influence efficiently across various stakeholders in different geographies, at all organisational levels
Experience of the full Creative campaigns life cycle
Strong commercial acumen & financial / budget management
Knowledge of marketing principles & integrated communications
Ability to work well within in a team and autonomously
Experience working within an agency environment
Strong communicator with impeccable standard of written, spoken and presentation English
Excellent presentation skills, able to convey a clear message (storyline building), making complex matters easy for understanding
Exceptional attention detail
Creative flair
Being able to push back, we're all employees working together.
Exceptional organisational skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Resilience and ability to influence
Ability to work under pressure on a fast paced environment
Experience:
Significant experience in Creative Agency managing a range of campaigns across all media
Experience working on cross agency briefs and being lead agency
Experience in managing finances of your campaigns, providing weekly updates to your line manger & brands
Leading regular meetings with your main brand contact
Experience in using Project Management tools
Ability to problem solve, influence others and drive the process
French, Italian or Dutch speaking is a plus
Must haves:
Previous experience in a similar role in a creative agency
Be self-driven, creative and eager to learn
Pro-active and capable of leading & implementing process without instruction
