In addition to this, you'll help grow our existing awareness-raising campaign, More Than My Past that aims to change public perception of crime and addiction by showcasing real life stories from people who have turned their lives around.As our Social Media and Digital Assistant, you'll also be supporting our team with social media and digital communications, and acting as an integral part of a wider Communications Team whose overall remit include:* PR and media relations* Campaigning and public affairs* Social media* Brand and creative services* Marketing and promotion* Internal communications and employee engagement* Digital transformation (delivery of digital services in new ways to staff, service users and stakeholders)Person Specification - Social Media and Digital Assistant:* An eye for great social media content with experience across multiple social media channels* Interested in learning on the job, ideas-driven with a can-do attitude* Excellent standard of written and verbal communication* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Able to communicate with a range of different audiences with diverse and sometimes complex needs in a compassionate and appropriate manner* Good computer software knowledge including Microsoft Office* Experience of using basic graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign or Canva* Experience of using Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, social media monitoringWe are committed to being an equal opportunities employer.
