Notting Hill Genesis' marketing team help realise our vision for our sale developments and build brand and product awareness, marketing our new homes to acquire and convert the leads that drive sales across our exciting and ambitious programme.
We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated Brand Manager to develop, renew and manage the corporate NHG sales brand as its champion and guardian, developing our brand strategy, taking in its positioning, architecture, guidelines and application so that our corporate brand equity for sales supports our organisational corporate strategy and departmental business plan objectives.

Working closely and collaboratively across the department, your understanding of our target audiences will help differentiate our sales brand from the competition and increase our local and London market presence and positive customer and stakeholder recognition of NHG sales as a leading provider of home ownership products and services.
As well as increasing our brand awareness and commercial objectives whilst achieving high levels of customer and stakeholder satisfaction, the marketing manager for brand will also be responsible for managing marketing compliance, so that our development campaign marketing plans, processes, and output align to our brand strategy, drive performance improvement and deliver clear and consistent ways of working.
Collaboration is central to your success in this role. Your ability to market internally and build great relationships with colleagues in sales, customer relations, development, communications as well as with external suppliers and partners will help you to deliver integrated, successful sales and marketing strategies that deliver a great customer experience.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record of commercial success in brand management. You will be an excellent listener and someone with exceptional people, budget and project management skills. You will work collaboratively as well as autonomously to make key decisions that will influence and impact on our brand awareness and recognition.
