Management Accountant

A high growth real estate business, who own and manage a number of prime commercial properties across the globe are recruiting for a Management Accountant on an initial contract basis, with the view to go permanent. This is a fast moving role within an ever evolving business that will give you the opportunity to make an instant impact.

As the Management Accountant, you will be:

• Supporting the Head of Finance in delivering monthly management accounts
• Leading a continual improvement process to aid more in depth and commercial reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Ensuring CAPEX expenses are controlled
• Delivering on multiple projects aimed at improving the finance functions role in supporting commercial decision making

The ideal candidate will be ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified with at least 2 years PQE. Prior experience in a property focused or multi-site environment will be beneficial. Apply ASAP to ensure you are considered.
