My client is looking for an analytic and strategic purchasing professional with the ability to influence change. Reporting into the Managing Director you`ll be working to accomplish prompt delivery to the world`s most remote and challenging destinations and provide day to day management of the process.
Day to day you may be purchasing for their company, negotiating with suppliers and to manage time scales.
We are looking for a driven Individual who wants to contribute to humanitarian work and is an all-rounder.
Your duties include working for this small but extremely busy organisation purchasing goods across different time zones. A two-year background in international purchasing is essential. International travel will be required on an ad-hoc basis as part of this position. In return the company offer a competitive salary starting from £27,000 although the company is flexible depending on work history. In addition, the company offers an annual bonus, free on site parking and free lunch daily (vegetarian meal).
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:30- 17:30
