Team Leader - Housing Disrepair

To maintain a basic caseload of around 180 Housing Disrepair Pre Lit/Litigated cases. This will include complying with the Housing Disrepair pre action protocol, assessing liability, drafting court documentation, issuing court proceedings via Part 7 CPR, complying with court directions, document and letter creating in addition to the use of the telephone/email, review of RICs report, review of medical records, collation of special damages, collage of medical evidenc...
