Playground Supervisor
We are seeking to appoint two playground supervisors on a part-time, term-time basis to support and supervise pupils at break time and lunchtime in and around the junior school and senior school lower school areas. Applicants should be aware that the role involves working outside in all weathers.

Duties will include:
- Supervise the required areas of the school site, depending on need (likely to be the junior school and lower school areas in the first instance)
- Monitoring pupil behaviour in the designated play areas
- Assisting pupils who may be unwell and providing comfort and care for minor accidents in the playground
- Make sure pupils receive the appropriate medical attention
- File reports when required
- Liaising with deputy heads (pastoral) about any concerns
- Supervise covered areas in the event of wet break
- Assist with library supervision where required
- Check school email account before going on duty
- Miscellaneous duties as directed
- Occasionally assist with lesson cover where feasible and appropriate

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Part-time, term-only, 13.75 hours per week.
- Normal working pattern: 10.45am - 2.00pm daily Monday to Friday, with half an hour's break for lunch (unpaid)
- Salary - £5,954 per annum
- 25 days' annual paid holiday plus statutory English public holidays (annual leave to be taken during normal school holidays, outside agreed holiday working arrangements)
