This is an exciting new opportunity - County Air Ambulance Trust are looking for someone to come and join the Collections Team of their Fundraising Department. We are a national charity, with circa 7,000 collection boxes distributed around the country.

If you are confident and enthusiastic with good presentation, organisational and communication skills with an ability to form and develop good relationships with a broad range of people and organisations, then this is the role for you.

The Fundraising Team raises income from a variety of initiatives including fundraising events, Trusts, legacies, our lottery and from individual supporter donations. Our Collections Team manage and raise income from counter charity-box and supermarket collections. We need you to join our Collections Team and work with them in building and retaining valuable relationships with volunteers and supporters to maximise their contribution.

This is an exciting time to join us as we build on our work. Since 2009, the County Air Ambulance Trust Helicopter Emergency Landing Pads (HELP) Appeal has been providing significant grants to fund life-saving helipads at Major Trauma Centres and key A&E Hospitals across the country. To date we have donated over £30million towards 42 helipad projects across the country. There have been over 20,000 emergency landings on helipads which we've funded. We're the only charity funding these helipads across the country.

Every flight, every landing, every life, depends entirely on the financial generosity of individuals, organisations, businesses, clubs, schools and local communities. Charitable donations are our lifeblood, as we receive no Government or National Lottery funding.

We're proud of what we do and have plans to do even more in the coming years - the cost of planned helipad projects equates to £50.7m. We need you to come and join us in this important role to support us in our lifesaving work.

The salary for the role is £25,000 (full time - 35 hr week).

On completion of your probation period you'll be eligible to access our pension scheme and other employee benefits, including our health cover and generous annual leave allowance.
