You will be shadowing our Operations Manager learning all the tricks of the job.
Offering leading edge business solutions for thousands of small and medium size organisations across the UK, we are looking for an organised, structured individual to join our team. This apprenticeship will be a fantastic opportunity and gain a nationally recognised qualification.

You need to have 5 GCSE's:
You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

For this IT Support and Operations Apprenticeship, you will be trained to deal with 1st line Faults:
- Openreach and Connectivity faults
- Hosted VoIP and SIP/IPDC configuration
- Liaise with Business customers, sales agents and franchisees over the phone, email, remote access their systems.
- Support other members of staff with queries.
- Support customers with their installations to guarantee satisfaction.
- ICT, software installations.
In terms of Assisting the Operations Manager, we will expect you to be:
- Very organised and methodical
- Able to document procedures
- Communicate in a very respectful manner
- Be proactive and advance the action
- A 'finisher'
Desired skills:
For this IT Support and Operations Apprenticeship, the right candidate will have:
- Good knowledge of IT/ICT and the right technical mindset/interest
- A driving license will be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- IT literate - Microsoft Office, online systems, software, etc.
- Mature telephone manner
- Organisation and time management
- Willingness to learn new skills fast
Personal qualities:
The successful IT Support and Operations Apprentice will be:
- A team player while also being able to work independently
- Optimistic and positive 'can do' attitude
- Self-Motivated and hard working
- An excellent sense of humour is a bonus!
Entry requirements:
You need to have 5 GCSE's:
- Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
- 3x GCSE's grade A-C in any other subject
You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.
