Beyond M&A are a technology consultancy specialising in Mergers and Acquisition technology projects. We help businesses simplify merging technology across one or more companies and this presents exciting technical work for the most passionate technology staff.


We are looking to expand our Post-Merger Integration technology team with the role of a Technical Apprentice. We have experience of working and supporting apprentices who have gained skills to secure good careers in the industry. We help you with a strong of focus on your technical skills and personal development to help secure industry certifications.

As a Technical Apprentice, you will have a keen interest in all things desktop, server and cloud. We will be providing mentoring and guidance to help you develop your career in IT and do not expect detailed knowledge, however some understanding of these areas is important. Clear thinking, good communication skills, good documentation and being proactive is an important requirement of this role.

Key duties: [include but are not limited to:]
  • Learning how to install and deploy Windows 10 to a commercial environment
  • Desktop Migrations from one domain to another
  • Office 365 Mailbox setup and configuration Active Directory configuration (users and computers) Migrations using tools such as BitTitan and Sharegate

Desirable skills:
  • Complete tasks within the time allotted
  • Customer Service skills and communication skills
  • Passion for IT

  • Team player
  • Being able to communicate well with your fellow colleagues
  • Be willing to learn and stretch your capabilities

Entry requirements:

You need to have 5 GCSE's:
  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
  • 3x GCSE's grade A-C in any other subject

You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
